Last year, I watched as many inspiring women earned the incentive trip from The Traveling Vineyard. Earning an incentive trip was something only super stars did and it wasnt something I thought I could do. Then I met these women and saw that while amazing and inspiring, they were all women just like me and why should I not try!?So I put a plan in motion and believed that I would do it! I just got the call from our CEO telling me I have earned the Aruba Incentive trip!!! ME! I did this! I have two small kids and care for my infant nephew during the week, the hours are long, there is no closing time! There were times I felt like quitting - silly girl you cant do this! And here I am - I DID this!!! And really, I should say we did this - because I could NOT have done any of this without so many people! Thank you doesnt even seem like big enough words…..Thank you MOM, for believing just as hard as I did, Thank you Andy and the kids, for being so supportive and not throwing (that many) huge fits when mommy had another wine tasting, Thank you to my amazing supportive team who has been beside me this whole time, especially, Irene, Sarah and Melody who gave 110% at the last minute, Thank you to friends and family for cheering me on, thank you to every guest and host who has ever purchased wine from me and thank you Rick Libby for the best job ever! The moral of this VERY long post: Stop selling yourself short, you are capable of way more than you think!!
