Late Gen.Abacha should be rated as one of the best leaders Nigeria ever had.One needs not to construct any evidencial compass to trace those historical facts as it was during his regime that, our country was a stonger nation at international scene that even the so-called superpowers did dare not Nigeria as a result of the demise foreign policy. Prices of petroleum were affordably cheap and constant. Naira had its value.He masterminded the emergence of GSM into this country as part of his agenda.OBJ only came and executed it. To say but a few,even sport achieved success during his regime(Atlanta 96). If 50% of the above achievements of Abacha were gotten by the present administration,I do not think Nigerians as a people would hesitate in voting GEJ for second term. I owe no one apology.
