Latest writing; intuition...didnt post the previous writing- posted in blog, click on link wordsofstillness.blogspot.in/ On Thinking, Feeling and Being There are three facets that characterize our experience/existence. There is no separation between this experience; time-space bound body, and existence; timeless-boundless being, all facets; aspects, of who we are interpenetrate one another. All dilemmas; approaches towards life, arise out of the order in which these three facets are aligned and exercised. The three facets are being, feeling and thinking, and they flow in that order. Mans experience is characterized by the predominance of the latter of the three facets: thinking, and as a result there is a perceived disconnect from the two former facets which precede it. Of the three facets, thought is a tool or instrument primarily; at this current stage in human evolution, used while the timeless-boundless being aspect of who we are is having an experience in the time-space bound body. The issue at hand is not the limits of thought, for when thought arises out of the former two facets it becomes equal in its capacity and potential- for all is equal, there is no greater or lesser in existence. Perception; thought, is incapable of approaching; conceiving, its former two counterparts, perception can not give you the experience of being, only through the experience of feeling can you approach the non-experiential state of being; existence. Confusion arises out of our sole identification without our time-space bound bodily experience and thought; perception, the density of both only serve to mutually reinforce the other. Feeling is the bridge facet, it is through feeling that we arrive; edge ourselves closer, at the stateless state of being. Thinking, feeling and being in others words reflect the mind, heart and body. The body has many aspects to it, its reflects the not only the physical body, but all subtle bodies, incarnated soul and higher soul- the whole body- a fractal or scalar in which the entire cosmos is contained or reflected. The heart: feeling, is the bridge through which one sensitizes him or herself to their multidimensionality- the heart represents the astral plane- bridge between the physical plane (earthly plane) and spiritual plane (cosmic plane). Spirit is the opposite continuum of matter and the heart; love, is the bridge between the two; that which merges separateness and awakens us to the inherent singularity of all; both within and without. While thinking is responsible for our psychologic separation from our subtle bodies, incarnate soul and higher soul and hence the entire cosmos, thoughts sister; emotions, play the primary role in the physical separation between the various dimensions of who we are through ones resistances to feeling; loving uncondtionally. Resistances to feeling manifest as energetically blockages- emotions are nothing thing more than energy in motion, energy that is unable to flow through the various dimension of who we are are the source of division; physcial separation. The separation is both physical; emotional and psychologic; mental, both of which arise out of resistance to living in the moment; that which is only. The two forms of resistance- physical; emotional, psychologic; mental, are formed out of aversion and attraction, repulsion; push, to what brought pain and magnetism; pull, to what brought pleasure, all of which is in reference to the pasts pains that we have yet to process; feel, and based on what was perceived to be pleasureful in the past is projected into the future in the form of a desire- physical and psychological longing to possess. In the essential plane; feeling, and elemental plane; being, there is no resistance. In the department of longings, there is only one true longing and that is the longing of the heart to return home- to being; re-unification with existence, all that is. The quest or journey to return commences when ones approach to feeling becomes timeless and boundless. It is out of timelessness and boundlessness of feeling the arise causeless and choiceless awareness; awareness that has no beginning or ending. When ones heart; feeling, remains open to the eternal moment- when ones love for oneself and then all of existence becomes unconditional one opens themselves up to the experience his or her being; presence, the fact of his or her eternal existence. The irony of the of the quest is that it ultimately ends where it began, there is nothing to be learned; acquired, only felt until one is prepared to lose all sense of self and merge; emerge. For it is through feeling that remembrance; existence, becomes a possibility to be experienced. It is at this stage where doing merges with being; where our purpose for having this experience becomes whole; is infused with meaning which grants love and freedom. While the journey from feeling to being is far, the longest of all is the journey from one takes from the mind; thinking, to the heart; feeling, for within it lies the struggle between the physical; matter, and spiritual; spirit, plane. The combined and mutually reinforcing aspects of the physical plane of the perceived self brought about by identification; dependency, on with systems of belief; of thought- words, and the physical separateness brought about by way of emotional blockages; resistance, and the internal and hence external struggle to mitigate the perceived; not felt, opposing forces of the astral plane of heart; feeling, that is timeless and boundless and being; existence, that is infinite and eternal is the primary dilemma characterizes this and all humanly existences. What closes the gap between belief and reality, half-truth and truth? Experiencing, feeling and being. The division; the sense of separation, not difference, is only because we fail to love ourselves unconditionally first, where upon loving others unconditionally becomes an natural expression of our being. Individually we are different; unique, in our expression but not what gives us the the energy and consciousness to express; share. The vast majority of our sufferings arise out of forgoing our individuality; our unconditional love for ourselves, to fit in, avoid ourselves or please another when there is no other way to be than to stand out; on our own two feet- to share our own expression in/with love. The sense of inner and hence outer division; sense of separation, is a feature that maintains it prominence due to our inability to forgive; pardon, and accept; allow, first and foremost, ourselves, but also those whom we believed have wronged us; who are believe to have been the cause of our pain and suffering. No one is responsible for our inner and the perceived outer division other than ourselves. Pain; pent up emotion, for most is an identity; their sense of individuality, not the individuality that is a reflection of their inner most love for themselves, but, that identity which keeps them from experiencing life to its fullest potential with appreciation, gratitude and a sense of reverance. Pardoning ourselves; for not being who we came to be, and others is vital for healthy living, acceptance; allowing, is no less important. There is a great deal of needless suffering that transpires in our attempts to create who we are and create in others what we would like them to be. Who you are is natural, you already are- trying to become someone infuses contradiction into our lives and attempting to control the creative process in others in no less un-natural. The issue of becoming would be all together seen for its foolishness if we would allow ourselves to feel without restrictions and get in touch with our hearts, creating is definitive aspect of our experience in form but when the source of our creations is disconnected from feeling; the heart, it is dis-harmonious, it births; brings, more discord into the world. Far to many are living the lives that others have laid out for them or walking down a path that is well trotted- to avoid having to answer to their own heart and being; soul, and face the unknown with open arms. Security is not the answer to life, neither is constant adventure, but living the life we came to live is the only life that is appropriate- through our heart is the way, for it is the sole grantor of trust when the odds appear to be against us- existence always provides for those who trust; live from their hearts. We come to know what life this is; our souls intentions for coming, through feeling and being, which inherently implies remaining fixed in the moment- for it is throughout the moment which all planes converge and light shines on eachs particular path. The one who is on their path is bliss, he or she is not searching for it. Feeling and being become part of our experience when we accept that there is nothing outside of the moment, in truth nothing can exist outside of this moment. In the continued creation of time; time does not exist, we separate ourselves from ourselves; the moment, through thinking- there is no such thing as thinking in the now, all thought is directed at something- the past or the future, emotions are no different. Thought and emotions are the creative willful energies, feeling and being are consciousness and energy that aligned our thoughts and emotions with cosmic force; cosmic will, instilling meaning and infusing purpose in all that we create; will; birth into this world. The difference between the two is like having a key with no door insight and having a key which unlocks all doors all of which are in plan sight. When we abide in and act from our hearts through feeling we recognize the deep sense of communion that exist between and amongst all, there is no separation- for each encounter deepens our relationship with our heart; feeling, and all that is. Each encounter edges us closer to the re-unification with our being and the supreme recognition of our inherent inseparability with all. When we come to abide in our heart; feel without time or boundaries, a tremendous silence springs from within overshadowing all psychological and emotional sensory experiences and we open ourselves up to the experience of a descending stillness that permeates our entire being invoking a profound sense of presence. Out of the silence that arises out the heart descends the stillness of our being; higher soul, and what results in direct remembrance of who you are. Being is the stillness out of which silences arises, however, silence is required in order to feel the decent of stillness; presence. Thoughts and emotions that do not arise out of feeling and being are divisive and unstable; overwhelming, nothing of lasting fulfillment can be achieve from this level- for they are sourced from memory, images and longings birthed out of resistance to the moment; a physical and psychologic clinging to the past out of which arises a longing for the future. Love that remains at the level of thought and emotion is not even ordinary love, it is mundane- revolving around self-projection and possession. Love that remains at the level of the heart just is ordinary, it is essential, most fail to reach the sensitivity of the love that is of the heart- for it requires that we love ourselves unconditionally first- essentially be love, until you are your love for another is as incomplete as your love for yourself. Most experience variations of the two just mentioned, often oscillating between the two never quite arriving at full love of heart. Love that has evolved to the level of being is extra-ordinary, an expression and acknowledgment of our inner most being which reflects complete awareness, sensitivity, clarity and insight of our path and all those whom which they converge. The truest form of love is that which allows itself to be what it came to be and accepts itself for who they are and encourages and grants others the unconditional love and freedom to do the same. Love of thought and emotion; mind to mind, is superficial and reinforces separation. Love of heart; heart to heart, is deep and with it a sense of communion; oneness, can be established in the here and now. Love of being; being to being, is profound, with it there is the ultimate remembrance of existence, there is no you and there is no me- only presence. Presence is not something that can be given, you have to remember for yourself and in this sense all knowledge is deception- for who you are is not learned; accumulated. Who you are is un-learned through un-knowing, through feeling and then being. You will not be able to remember until you forget. In other words, you have to lose yourself completely; completely surrender to your heart, before you can come up upon who you already are; being. Far too much energy is wasted needlessly trying to hold in, on, up, out, back, and together, in our attempts to preserve what is no longer. Let your life re-set itself with coming and going of each moment, let whats comes come and let what goes go- unconditionally with love, if it is meant to be it will be- time nor distance can not change this- for they do not exist. There is no such thing as becoming, this journey in form is a process of un-becoming; of feeling and being, you end where you began. Be love of the highest order, be who you came to be; love un-conditionally, and you will welcome death with open arms- for what lives from its heart knows that it is never truly alone and what remembers knows beyond certainty that what was never born; being, never truly dies.
