Lawsuit filed over Wenatchee’s ban on pot stores The lawsuit that Mayor Frank Kuntz has been warning city leaders about for months was filed Tuesday. A business that wants to open a marijuana retail store in Wenatchee sued in Chelan County Superior Court seeking to end the city’s ban on such businesses and to have the city’s business license rules declared unconstitutional. “We’ll just have to wait and see what the council wants to do with it,” Kuntz said.
