Learn to love yourself in all moments... To love yourself is to love others for if there is no love in your heart for yourself in all conditions, there cannot be love for others in all of their conditions. When it comes to self love, you have to embrace all of your qualities, characteristics and phsysical attributes. When you start to disect what you like and dislike about yourself, you are not loving who you truly are. This is the same mindset you will then apply to society, you will select those who you like and those who you dislike based about certain judgments rather than loving all people for the mere fact that they are all brothers and sisters and important souls of the universe. Look at yourself in the mirror, you are the one person that can change things in your life if you want to but first you must love and accept yourself for how you are. The person standing before you right now is the one that needs your attention and healing. Do not focus on the one you could be in 5 minutes or the one you were in the past as neither one exists right now! Do not allow your ego to make you believe that you need to change certain things before you can love yourself for first love then others will fall into place like happiness and serenity.The more you project hate at yourself, the more things will stay the same or magnify in your mind until you send it love, gratitude, unity and acceptance for those are the lessons that everything revolves around. While looking in the mirror or when there are times when you feel self doubt or hatred for yourself, think of the things you feel are strong within you, things you deem positive and say them outloud in an I AM senstance For example: I AM "loving" I AM "a divine being of light" I AM "caring" I AM "accepting of all of myself right now in this moment" I AM "one with my higher self" I AM "one with the universe and mother earth" Try the I AM sentances daily and see how your mindset changes to positivness and how you will have more patience for others.
