Leg training today: -Seated Leg Curl: 2 warm ups 3 accumulation sets (8+8+8 each set) Hitting complete mechanical failure on last 8 on each set -Banded Leg Press: 3 warm ups workout up in weight 3 sets of 6 with 4-5sec eccentric *On the final set we hit 6 then a drop set and started cranking going short of lockout. Then right into an iso tension against the stoppers at the end. Repeated the iso 2 more times for 3 iso tensions total. -Smith Machine Lunge: 4 reps per leg (2 rotations total of 8 reps per leg) supersetted with -Smith Machine Front Squat: 8 reps *4 rounds of this -DB Straight Leg Deadlift: 4 sets of 6 with 3 sec eccentric and 90 sec rests between sets. Finished up with 4 sets of weighted abs. Last set on leg press. The last two iso tensions got cut off though. https://youtube/watch?v=iYeTOfElp7s
