Lesson 16: The Prophetic Doctor -Colette Toach With so much emphasis put on prophecy in the prophetic ministry these days one vital function of the prophet is often left out. If you have a prophetic calling then I know that your heart burns for those that have been hurt and abused. You look around you and see many believers that have been mistreated and you want to reach out and help. Your prayers can be a powerful healing for them, but you have something even greater to offer! As a prophet the Lord will often give you revelations of a person’s past and some of the things that they have gone through. Why does he do this? To expose their sin? No! He has done this for an even greater reason. He has done this, so that you can minister to those hurts. If you break your leg in the natural, you can just go to the doctor to have it fixed. But where do you go for a broken heart or pains of rejection? Who can heal these? As a prophet you are called to be the Lord’s doctor. To heal those wounds deep inside.
