Lesson HCM must learn !!! _____________________ HCM said he was unaware of the FEE HIKE. It could be. Because every department takes its decision on its own.And each department is headed by Secretary and Minister with independent charge. But what HCM should know is ,he should be vigil, because some departments are taking very WRONG DECISIONS. In the case of fee hike, if the hike has been 50 % or so, students would have accepted it, but hike by 500 % ,even students of UGANDA,RUSSIA,BIHAR,UP,ORISSA would have come to street. Students and people did not accept it ,because it was unacceptable. _________________________ Good NEWS is [as per Sikkim First] : HCM said ,henceforth education will be FREE in SIKKIM upto College Level for the Govt School going Students. ___________________________
