Lets pause. Go to the body and focus on whats happening in this moment. For example: your lower back. Isolate this part of the body. While taking a few deep breaths, focus on receiving the signals it’s sending. Is there tightness? Tingling? Pressure? Pulsing? Feel the points of contact where your shirt touches your back, or where your rear rests on your chair. Release/surrender any tension or holding that you find. Return to work with greater awareness of your body.
