Lets pause. Slowly release whatever it is you’re working on right now, and bring your attention to your face...your eyes...your mouth...your jaw. Isolate these parts of the body. While taking a few deep breaths, focus on receiving the signals they’re sending. Is there tightness? Tingling? Pressure? Pulsing? Feel how they relate to one another. Release/surrender any tension or holding that you find. Return to work with greater awareness of your body.
