The G8 knows exactly what the US and UK allies are doing in the Congo... while the world is shocked at both countries doing mass surveillance of arguably everyone using a cell phone, laptop or any internet-ready device, they are supporting nations such as Rwanda and Uganda committing mass atrocities and looting resources that are in turn used in electronic devices being monitored.
