Like it or not, graffiti spraying on public walls is an offence of vandalism under our laws. Its law that was accepted with its introduction. The penalties are not new and the public disquiet during the Michael Fay case cemented its place in our laws. You cannot make the boys into heroes for doing this highly unsocial act. Yes, you dont have to label them criminals, but you cant label them heroes either. What do you think?
