Linda Vega: Anomoly: "Republicans are terrified of a Hillary Clinton presidential run. The Republican National Committee on Monday told NBC and CNN to scrap planned programs on Hillary Clinton or forget about sponsoring any 2016 Republican primary debates. I’m not sure which debate of the eleventy thousand Republican debates they’re referring to but an ultimatum has been given nevertheless. Republican Chairman Reince Priebus said the programs “political ads masked as unbiased entertainment.” Priebus should compare that with ‘fair and balanced’ stations. Priebus added, “It’s appalling to know executives at major networks like NBC and CNN … have taken it upon themselves to be Hillary Clinton’s campaign operatives.Their actions to promote Secretary Clinton are disturbing and disappointing.” The RNC Chair did not mention Fox News, the network that continuously campaigns for Republicans 24/7. According to the Daily News, Priebus has given until Aug 14, the start of the RNC’s summer meeting to cancel the programs or else he would seek a “binding vote” that “the RNC will neither partner with these networks in 2016 primary debates nor sanction primary debates they sponsor.” Maybe they could run ‘Game Change’ instead in between debates.
