***Local Effects of Andrea in East Central Florida*** With the current track of Andrea, the main threat in our area will be rain. Rain amounts of 3 to 6 inches are possible with higher amounts in some locations. Wind will not be an issue with this storm. It is impossible to track what locations will get the most rain until the rain bands actually start to move over the region. There will be a slight risk of a tornado during some of the more intense bands. Remember that a flood watch is in effect for East Central Florida. In fact, flood watches are in place for a good part of the state right now. We will have a full update in the AM with a new local statement explaining any changes, if indeed there are. You can get updated local statements and warnings by using the below link and typing in your zip code. joesdiscoweathercentral/Web_Forecasts.html
