Locals Begin an Investigation When a Mysterious Cat Seems to Have Turned Green All by Himself It’s hard to believe — but yes! This cat has not been edited in any way to look green. He is indeed, green. As reported by BoredPanda, this cute (and very green) feline walks around the streets of Varna, Bulgaria. The residents of the city didn’t understand why a cat would be green, so they decided to find the person responsible. However, the change of color of this cat has nothing to do with people- it is merely a result of where he likes to sleep. Residents discovered that the cat had been sleeping in a pile of powdered green paint at a local garage, and has been doing so for over a year. Don’t worry — powdered paint in general is non-toxic, and the cat is its usual fast and frisky self as all attempts to catch it and give it a bath and take it to a vet have not been successful. So for now, this very green cat is going to stay green.
