Location: Shanghai Description: Key Account Manager Sales Technical The ETAS Group is a reliable and responsible partner to the automotive industry and provides its customers with comprehensive and integrated tools and tool solutions for development and service of automotive control software. Tasks Propose and assist to implement annual sales plan (billing target, market share, special project, etc.) by customers. Conduct analysis to identify customer needs (with coaching and guidance). Promote products to customers based on their enquiries and get sales orders to enlarge ETAS market share. Be familiar with bidding process. Convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing. Early involve to new projects to support customer engineering inquiries. Maintain internal communication with global sales to implement sales strategy. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers. Internal driving for new technology and products development, cost improvement. Follow up goods delivery with sales assistant. Coordinate with technical support engineer in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Follow up AR and clear overdue in the past. Manage opportunity for acquisition project management and monthly forecast by customer. Requirements Bachelor degree in automobile engineering, engine or others related. Minimum 3-5 years of automotive related work experience. Creative, high-energy, self-directed, team-oriented individual. Experience as production product KAM preferred. Ability to handle complex assignments requiring independent action and decision making. Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral (including skills in developing and delivering presentations). Good English and computer skill. Native in Chinese (mandarin). Have good logic and creative thinking and also imitative. Open and quickly adaptive. Able to work initiatively and efficiently under pressure. Capability to integrate and work in a multinational team.
