London Employment Law Seminar: School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document 2013 – Implications and Considerations (8th July 2013) This event is a re-run of our earlier May event due to overwhelming popular demand Purpose of the Course Following the publication of the 21st report of the School Teachers Review Body, the Department for Education have accepted all the key recommendations contained in the Report, in particular in relation to the introduction of performance related pay and have published a draft School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document for 2013. This course will focus on the implications of the changes and consideration that schools should make when reviewing their approach to teacher’s pay determination, including how they deal with the appraisal process and incorporating changes into the school pay policy.
