Long ago....in the Little town of BIG FIRST....Windsor, Nova Scotia...was a proud Hockey franchise that would go down as one of the oldest Hockey Teams in the country.....The Windsor Maple Leafs..even before the Toronto Maple Leafs........A team my late father served on the executive and helped form one of the greatest Sr teams in the country..in 1963-64..! This is a tribute the Great Leafs of our past and our deep deep hockey history! The rebirth of the Windsor Maple Leafs will take to the ice in Boston( later this summer) with an elite group of young ATOM players assembled by Matt Mccarthy,.Raymond Croft and Jamie Leighton...I had the distinct honour of being part of outfitting them and making the Leafs become a reality once again! GO GO LEAFS! :)
