Long stressful day. Meetings, politics, music, rehearsals. Drained. Came home, the house smelled like Egyptian musk and lavender. I walked in the kitchen and notice the scent of baked fish and vegetables and saw a hot plate prepared perfectly on the stove. I ate and proceeded to the bathroom to shower and noticed the water was already ran with rose pedals and candles circling the tub. I bathed, went into the bedroom, and recognized the sounds of John Coltrane playing, and there she was, laying, enticingly, spread out across the bed in an alluring red negligé. She gestured for me to approach, I begin to walk forward, and as I fell to her side on the bed....she pulled me close....then......I woke up. staring at a plate of a half eaten, cold burrito from the taco truck. #choiceafterdark #bedtimestories
