Looking back…ang laki ng difference then and now physically ang laki ng nabawas sa weight ni mike on the contrary ang laki ng dagdag sa weight ko lol! But seriously, who would have thought that we will end up marching the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. Camara, wala! even I couldn’t believe that we will be this close after all the asaran and being open and transparent about our past I thought will leave us just good friends. Yes, sobra asar ko kay mike before, he always checks on my fashion, points out to me all the not so good in me and to the littlest thing as how many times I combed my hair during office hours. Grrr! I was so annoyed that I kept an index card where I marked down the times Mike pissed me off till the marks became more than 10 but less than 20 then we became good friends. 4 years is very early to say if our marriage is successful or not, in any factor to consider, I always believe that the word success does not apply to marriage for the reason that it is not a project for me, or a goal although the mechanics are the same…love has to be considered and love is huge and vague. Love in marriage means there are ups and downs till the end. We cannot measure it alone with pure ups or downs. That is why we are thankful to our Creator that he blessed us with the opportunity to know him early in our married life. Now we are faithfully ready to face the challenges life would give us. As long as we are holding on and making God the center of our home, we can make it together till the end of our time. Yes, we will keep on fighting for the simple reason that we are different individuals that grew up with different cultures, yes we know till our old age and we will never beat people’s scale of success in marriage but one thing is for sure we will have the best Love Story ever… #anniversary
