Perform escalation to VOC Supervisor for customer’s service / product feedback. (Escalation of complaint cases) Work closely with the product specialist to resolve customer product usage issues Added advantage if candidate knows about Mobile on Android platform or LED TV products Requirements: 1. Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent 2.
