Looking for Call Centre Officer(IT Industry)***West Area*** up to $2,200/mth • 1 to 2 years’ Contract Position (may be renewable) • Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (5.5 days during training period)- training about 160 hours. • Will be 5.5 or 5-day Work Week (1 weekday & 1 weekend off) involving Shift Patterns (after training period):- - 8:30am to 6:00pm - 9:30am- 7:00pm - 10am -730pm - 11am – 830pm - 12pm- 930pm Responsibilities: General Technical Trouble-shooting on I.T , Home Appliances, Android Mobile Phones, Audio Video product Escalation of technical question to 3rd Level Support. Perform escalation to VOC Supervisor for customer’s service / product feedback. (Escalation of complaint cases) Work closely with the product specialist to resolve customer product usage issues Added advantage if candidate knows about Mobile on Android platform or LED TV products Requirements: 1.
