** Looking to hire someone young (20s), reliable, dependable.. friendly and willing to learn** Job is temp-hire.. (long term) in Oakdale MN Hours are M-f . Must be flexible,. Willing to train on all 3 shifts … Actual shift to be determined. This client is a Printing company. The manager is wanting to find a young gentleman who will be eager to learn all aspects of the printing industry. You will be built from ground up! You don’t have to have experience, just the desire to learn. What are the qualifications? • You must be flexible • Punctual and have great attendance • Be a self starter- be told something once and remember to do it without being asked to. • Someone who can follow directions • MUST be friendly!!! And drama free, meaning ( no one who will have babysitting issues, car problems every other day.. weak immune system and call in sick for a little sneeze) • MUST BE RELIABLE! That’s all!! Pay is $10/ hr to start.. and will go up based on performance and attendance. Some OT will be required when there is a lot of work to do. IF this you… you know what do to..
