As usual I followed your command and there it was. 10 years ago when I purchased that house you said that it was my blessing. 100.00 binder, no down payment, no closing costs, 1,500.00 back at closing, 43,000 in equity at closing, 41,000 cash from the refinance 3 month after closing, 96,000 in rental income over 8 years, the bank paid off the second mortgage for 43,000 and sent me a satisfaction letter, I paid off my restitution 6 months after being court ordered for 23,000, You allowed 2 different families to reside there when they needed some where to go, the house had title issues and an adjustable rate that was outrageous, the value dropped 60%, I let it go into foreclosure, it didnt foreclose until 8 years later, I got money from the bank to vacate a house that I hadnt lived in almost 9 years, and yesterday I received a fat check for illegal foreclosure in which the proceeds will be used for a salon/house in Tallahassee and bills. Holy Ghost you are Awesome. Hold my mule while I shout on the devils ass (donkey), and now you are telling me that the house is coming back to me free and clear in not many days hence.
