Love me some PiYo! (The video is sped up but not the music, so Im moving a lot slower. Ha! And for all my 32 count group fitness peeps, I know this hurts your brain with the music not sped up to match too! ). After teaching 3 classes yesterday, my Insanity body is tirrrrrred! I needed another fun workout, but something that could stretch me out and help me recoup too! What is your go-to workout when wanting something fun and healing, while still getting your sweat on?
