Luke 1:38 Matthew 1:20-23 Then Mary said, Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word. And the angel departed from her. But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” All this took place that it might be fulfilled which the Lord had spoken through the prophet, Behold, the virgin shall become pregnant and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel which, when translated, means, God with us. The word of the Lord. Let us pray. Heavenly Father we come to you in prayer Thanking You for all you do. Today we pray for the sick and dying, those with cancer and other diseases, those who have lost loved ones, be with them in their time of sorrow. We pray for the poor and less fortunate . We pray for our familys and friends, coworkers, enemies, military, our churches and Pastors, our government, those in hospitals and nursing homes and unspoken prayers. You know whats in our hearts Lord, You know our needs. Our burdens we lay at Your feet to do as You will. We ask for forgiveness of our sins and forgiveness of those who have sinned against us. We are far from perfect Lord, but we ask that we be more like You and less like us. We love You, in Jesus most precious and Holy Name we pray....Amen....God Bless
