Kulgam was made public through print media and d Babus who interviewed d candidates have left no stone unturned to adjust their near and dear ones from whom they have managed to fill their empty pockets ! A candidate figuring at S.No.4 in d short list having 46.52 points in academic qualifications is awarded 16.66 points in d interview to select him while as d candidate having 61.25 points in d academic qualifications is awarded only 2.67 points in d interview simply to wait in d waiting list. SHAME on the people sitting in d corridors of power !
