MALE IN POSSESSION OF PHONES - CHARGED A 38 year old male from North Richmond was charged with two counts of Goods in Custody after he was found with a number of mobile phones in his possession when spoken to by Windsor Police Officers in Francis Street, Richmond about 3 pm on Monday 19th May. The male could not provide sufficient details to satisfy ownership. Police investigations to date have identified the owner of one of the phones. The male will appear before Windsor Local Court on 9 July 2014.
