MANASEH & EPHRAIM (YOUR PAST & YOUR FUTURE) And Joseph called the name of the firstborn Manasseh: For God, said he, hath made me forget all my toil, and all my fathers house. And the name of the second called he Ephraim: For God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction. Genesis 41:51-52 Joseph had two sons, the first one was Manaseh which mean God has forgotten my toiling in my fathers house,recounting his past. He had the second son and he called him Ephraim, meaning God has caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction,focusing on his future. Joseph brought the two sons before his father Jacob for blessing, he put Manaseh where Jacobs right hand was and Ephraim at his left hand, according to the law of the Jews, the right hand must be placed on the elder for greater blessing and the left on the younger for lesser blessing. When Jacob was about to proclaim the blessings, he crossed his hand , putting the right hand on the younger and the left hand on the elder. Joseph was upset he rose up to correct his father thinking it was a mistake based on his fathers old age But Jacob insisted, as be went ahead to give the younger the greater blessing. Friends, protocol had to be broken the reason is that Manaseh is your past , Ephraim is your future, and God is more interested in your future than your past, 2014 is gradually rolling away paving way for years ahead. Delete your past and download the future for God is much interested in your future than your past. In 2015 God will destine you for greater blessing, He will cause you to be fruitful in your land. No affliction will be able to withstand your greatness, in the new year The Lord shall crown all your toil and difficulties with success in Jesus name.
