MARKETPLACE UPDATE: 10/2/2013 - 4am Because so many people are excited about enrolling on the Marketplace, the system has unfortunately been overwhelmed. We suggest waiting a few days when the Marketplace has had a chance to readjust to the volume of traffic it has been experiencing and try again. As soon as the website is allowing us to log in, Crossroad’s Certified Application Counselors are ready to assist individuals in guiding them through the Marketplace.
