MFRA held a successful general meeting last Friday. A number of residents attended including some new faces. We were delighted to receive PC Warburton and PC Lasenby of the West End Northolt Safer Communities Team as special guest speakers and Winnifred Ajok of Ealing Council. There was a lively discussion with residents airing their views on policing the estate. It was agreed unanimously that crime had declined in the area, primarily through the efforts of the police and residents acknowledged their gratitude towards the team. Some issues were presented which were of concern to the residents and these were noted by the police constables. It was a great opportunity to meet those dedicated to fighting crime in the local area and also to discuss how everyone on the estate can help the police with their work by reporting and recording any anti-social behaviour.
