MOST Analysis MOST is one of the business analysis technique which uses four attributes for making and improving strategic planning. MOST stands for Mission, Objectives, Strategy and Tactics. It helps to analyze planning in detail. Strategic planning is a top level planning that makes stakeholders focus about organization. this planning provides base for company’s success. This technique clears where business needs to go, business goals, steps to move forwards and how to convert strategies into action. MOST analysis uses various approaches i.e top to bottom and bottom to top.
