MS - Your challenge is to prove Charles Haviland wrong. If you do that, you will be remembered for ever, just like MR. Just like the war victory, working out a political solution which kills separatism has proven to be impossible in the past. Give it a try; if it does not work, fall back to MRs strategy of accelerating economic progress twice the speed with razor sharp focus. Chances of separatism rising in a prosperous nation and disintegrating it are far less than that in a poor country.
