MUST WATCH! This very rare interview which I saw only once (back when it was first aired on Cinema One in 2004) has given me all the Regine fix that I need for the weekend. If you are a legitimate Reginian, YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS. Fave part would have to be Ate Regs answer when asked this question by her then friend (and future husband 6 years later) Mr. Ogie Alcasid which pretty much talked about her experience when other singers try to outsing her... Ogie: Are you competitive as an artist? Regine: Before... Ogie: Yung tipong, ay may magaling, hihiritan ko to... Regine: Hindi naman, Im still a team player wag lang akong hihiritan. Ogie: Wag ka lang hihiritan at hihiritan mo rin... Regine: Ah hindi ko papakawalan yun...salbahe ako eh. Pero pag kunwari may duet na ganyan tapos biglang nag-whatever, nagbubumirit...hahayaan ko lang yun. Sige nga ok, yabang ka ah, ok. Bibirit ako ng isa lang tapos alam kong hindi niya kaya gawin...hahaha. This was the most feisty that Ive ever seen Ate answer in an interview with regard to her singing and I LOVE IT. Plus ang hair, make-up, accent, at outfit ni Ate - ANG MALDIVES! FAMILIA ZARAGOZA CHIC :) Such an entertaining and refreshing watch! All hail the Queen.
