MY CANDID ADVICE FOR GOV FASHOLA It is no news that you prefer Dr Hamzat to other aspirants but unfortunately you didnt have your way. You had the opportunity to knock him out in 2011 with a lot of people on your side but for your selfish interest you didnt. WHY NOW? You became the governor on a platter of gold and didnt disappoint. We wont forget you, go and rest. Another plot that would have worked for you is to have contested for a seat in the Senate which would make you still politically relevant not by trying to displace your godfather when you dont have anything at stake and by that you can build a strong political structure. By 2019, most likely Tinubu may not be on ground to lead the party either by nature or by choice. Then will be the right time for you to lead but. Just my personal view. Nothing can take away my personal respect for your person and style of leadership but politically you need to work on that but for now join hands with the party to see to the emergence of another APC gov in Lagos and an APC president in Aso-rock in 2015 which would create room for you to serve in a greater capacity for the emergence of a better Nigeria. Long live APC! Long live Lagos!! Long live Nigeria!!!
