MY FELLOW BRETHREN... Looking through this generation is a perverse generation where nudity is celebrated, charms and rituals is appreciated,bribery and corruptions is an order of the day,pre-marital and extra-marital affairs is common and never become the thing of the shame anymore, church business and exploiting others is on increase on daily basis, my fellow brethren in Christ the time we are in is a perilious time where it is difficuit to be a practising christian but we need to be watchful and careful the way we live our lives and check our relationships whether if it is still intact with God. However,as brethren certain things are expected of us in this time we are living in to do knowing fully that we are moving to the end of the world and they are: Pursue God not gold: The pursuit of God positioned us to possess gold(riches and wealth) in life,he who make God his first priority will never be the last in life,God will always bring him to fore front.The best way to give our life meaning in the world is to occupy and have God and His word in our hearts in order to regulate our thoughts,choices making,decisions taking and character to be fit for the fulfilment of His purpose on the earth. Stand for the truth: The bible is the book of the truth that needs to be read,study,meditate and most importantly practise.We need to allow the inspiration and revelational knowledge of the bible to enter us and stand by it for the days of our life.The truth worth seeking,speaking, knowing,defending, standing and dying for,for we can do nothing against the truth but for the truth. Preach to the unsaved: The great commission given to us is evangelism,we are saved to rise for the salvation of others.We are commissioned to raise disciples for God not multiplying multitudes,souls are already ripened for the harvest let us rise and rescue the perishing without hesistation. The beauty of our christianity is the number of souls we have won for the Lord and thats what bring joy to Gods heart and make Him happy with us. Be a blessing to others: We are created by God with different potential,talents and gifts within us to impact and transform our world.God is counting on us and He has raised up us to be a blessing and add value to the son of men we must not disappoint Him.A life without impact is a life without meaning and a meaningless life is a useless life to God and others. Be a problem solver and solution provider: We are made to solve problems and meeting the needs of people around us through Gods wisdom within us,let us keep on adding value, upgrading and improving ourselves by enlarging and expanding our knowledge base via acquiring and applying relevant information thats is the means of being empowered in bringing solutions to the problems of the world. My fellow brethren how many lives have we impacted since we have surrendered our life to Christ???
