Made a big batch of Curried Carrot Creme Soup for DH to take for dinner with some Turkey Fajitas, an international dinner for sure. Expanded the front flower/herb garden and weeded the veggie garden in the back yard. Will be clearing out some more space for the fall veggie crop. Working slowly but surely to clearing out the grass and planting edibles. Then spent the rest of the afternoon playing with the baby in the sprinkler to cool back down from working in the hot yard. Made another quart of fermented Salsa (DH is eating them as fast as I can make them) all grown from my own garden. Made and pressure canned 6 quarts of bone broth and put another 1/2 gallon in the fridge for quick soups.
