It is terrible that we have this problem when years ago the Hees won a Grant communications contract from the Hawaii legislature to hook our islands together with underground cable. The Hee Company literally went to the Hawaiian communities promising us that this would give us the capability to contact each other from island to island. We could hold simultaneous meetings with each other and be connected live. Thus they dug away lying their cables across the islands. Those who live on Hawaiian Homesteads prior to the Hee Communications are not forced to hook up, it was the new homesteaders that must hook up to the Hees cable lines once their system went in. This problem we having right now is evidence of the BS Hee folks told our people. Yes, this Is Senator Clayton Hees brother who got the contract from the Hawaii Legislature.
