Encourage (praise) your children 7 (seven) times for every1 (one) criticism. Encouraging your children is important. It gives them direction, builds self esteem and establishes harmony in the home. It is also a wonderful tool to use on your partner and friends. Family meetings are best held on a regular basis whether monthly or weekly. They can be used to edify family members discuss problems and celebrate achievements.
