Malaysian Law There are many people who are very much ignorance of law.. for them whatever the government is saying is absolutely right.. If the government is saying that we are doing this for peoples own good they believe it without any hesitation. This is because of their political believe.. they will never argue whether this is right or wrong .. Natural justice is that "justice must not only be done but must manifestly be seen to be done" that means people must believe the justice have been done accordingly. The accused should have given chance to defend himself.. everyone one is innocent until proven guilty Audi alteram partem (Refers to the idea that one cannot be fairly judged unless the cases for and against them have been heard.) in the other word no one should condemn unheard. Whereas our government try to bring new law where everyone they think guilty is guilty and you no need to prove that you are innocent. 2 bad things are here. 1) they try to change the natural justice to everyone is guilty until you prove your self innocent 2) once they think someone guilty in their view then you are guilty and you cdannot tell your part of story tell me where we are heading? In old times when a king said the person is guilty and to beheaded him the accused have no say other then scream that he is innocent... Are we heading to that era? I AM SICK OF THIS
