Temporary Restraining Order or “TRO”: The People Demand that a TRO be issued to the Defendant/s to protect each individual Man or Woman Plaintiff in this Claim from being approached or harmed in any manner, by phone, mail, in person or by-proxy or agent, by the Defendant/s. Best interest of the Court: Ensures a speedy trial. Best interest of the Public Trust: Ensures the Man or Woman will not be a threat to the Public Trust or Society as a whole, in any OFFICIAL capacity until a Jury has a chance to Rule based on the facts being presented in this case.
