Many dont know my background and history, many do. I was in the riot in Sayre, Oklahoma and had a chow hall glass shattered upside my head not too many years after this as a sgt. They called them Senior officers or SOs, making me SO B. Walker, and sometimes I could be...lol. Not a day goes by that I dont pray for our men and women in uniform both on and off the field of battle, be it cop, military, fire fighter, parole officer, etc. While there are bad cops, there is also a need for those of us that remembered our oath! We had 8 hours a day to watch some of the most violent men and women you will ever meet, and I can give you stories that will raise the hair on the back of your neck. I also have good stories as well and friendships that I consider brothers and sisters that will last a lifetime. Some of the inmates were just doing time, others had nothing but 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to figure out how to hurt you or society the most. I miss it sometimes, then I see things like this and remember Im too old and beat up to be wrestling with 300 lb grown men with nothing to do but lift weights. God bless those still in uniform and always remember a quiet night is a good night. madworldnews/deadliest-prison-riot/
