Many many years ago I used Splenda, never knowing that it was killing 50% of the good bacteria inside of me and creating cravings and addictions. My husband came home that day and I was running around the kitchen throwing out everything in our house that had this ingredient in it. He called me Hurricane Donna and I never looked back.
