Mario Luciano, Gaza is classified as a CONCENTRATION CAMP. Palestinians cannot enter or exit by land or sea without Israeli military guards permission. Palestinians cannot import or export any item: food, water, clothing, building materials, tools, electricity, gasoline, oil, wood, ANYTHING without Israeli permission.
