Matt and I were discussing the fourth amendment and how there is misunderstandings among society as to when the right to privacy begins and ends.... Matt and I studied Constitutional law so for us it is clear cut but we have noticed there are several who do not understand it clearly.. Matt came up with a simple explanation that anyone can understand when the expectation of privacy is valid.... Matt calls his explanation; The Penis Theory... Simply ask yourself this question, Is it legal to pull out your penis where you are currently at?... If you can LEGALLY say yes I can whip out my penis then of course the fourth amendment applies; if you answer no I would be arrested, then the right to privacy doe NOT apply.. For the ladies out there the same theory applies but naturally would be called The Vagina Theory for female population.... Any questions??
