Maybe a little more equity in the Higher Ed income ranks. Stop paying High End salaries to administrators and the coaches. Have you seen the crazy dollar amounts we are paying these two groups. This is happening across the country and at the expense of the faculty and staff. It is disgraceful. It is a crime what Higher Ed is doing to faculty and staff, especially adjuncts. In the world of academia these pay cuts to the 99% and the pay raises to the top 1% sure has not cut the cost of tuition and fees, surely the oposite is true, tuition and fees have been skyrocketing. College students are paying for their education, yes they should be aware of what is going on.
