Meanness, spitefulness, negligence, defensive projection, blame games, not owning your intentions, expecting mind readers, rationalizing your addictions, verbal and emotional abuse that youve normalized as your way of caring, positioning my achievements as anything less that worked-hard-for... I have no room in my joy for that. My joy is simply too full to house that. Theres a welcome mat at my door where you shake and kick that mud off.
