Migrant substitute teachers have been suffering in different ways since their appointment in 1990. We are well qualified and our work has been proportional to that of others serving in the department. It is surprising that our counterparts Falah E Aam (FAT) teachers were regularized from the date of their initial appointment but we were ignored and the Government altogether showed apathy towards us. With the passage of time our working condition grew worse day by day.Normal Promotions are denied to us. Everything concerning to us is done in a random way. We have remained unheard till day. So we humbly appeal Minister for Education Mr.Tara chand to regularise our services from the date of our initial appointment so that justice will be done to us. ( Mir Mushtaq)
