Milford, CT On Monday September 15th about 5pm, my 6yr old Male Grey Cockatiel Binker escaped from my Apartment at the Milford Beach Apartments on Joy Rd. There was a startling noise, he got scared and he flew into the screen on the sliding door, it came off the track and he flew out the door in the direction of Silver Sands. We have scoured the surrounding Neighborhoods from the Apartments to Silver Sands park. (He also speaks, whistles, goes short tunes like the imperial march, andy griffith theme. He says, whatyadoin, little bird, daddy loves you, love you and a bunch more. We posting this in hopes that people from this area will keep and eye out for him as well as SHARE this so that I can extend my search. Im trying to stay hopeful that hes still in Milford and eventually someone will find him and he can return to his home. We miss him so much!
