Mill towns present huge opportunities for emerging brands to marry high design with high craft, a story and provenance thats both new and old, in all the right places. When they bought the 120 year old brand, American Woolen Company, in 2013, they never imagined that just a few months later theyd be breathing new life into a just-closed 160 year old mill.
